Sometimes we just need to challenge ourselves, decide to commit, and follow through! This challenge is to create healthy habits and to either keep you on track or help you get on track! Either way you are not alone and the NOWME community will be right there to push you and hold you accountable. Not only that!! YOU have the opportunity to actually win CASH money just for being dedicated and making a change. $150 cash prize to a male and $150 cash prize to a female.
That is right! Male and Female edition! The guys have been asking for a challenge, so we welcome in the NOWME Men into the 3.0 Challenge.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING- 8:00PM T/TH MAY 3RD
There is just something about the energy and having likeminded individuals in a group together and pushing each other. If you need to be motivated during your workouts by seeing others or knowing you are not alone, this is the option for you.
Training is every Tuesday and Thursday at 8PM for 45 Minutes of HIIT(Strength training is still included)
VIRTUAL ONE ON ONE TRAINING-2 MONTH COMMITMENT
Do you need a little more attention with form? Do you want my undivided attention? Ready to lift heavier and need guidance? One on One training is available for 30 minutes in the Am. There are two slots left for the month of May. This commitment is at least two months.
